Rob was great! My Equipment platform had caved in and the pump was leaning and pulling on all the pipes. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got everything fixed with a new pad and running like it should. Would definitely be using The Pool Shack for future repairs if needed! Thank You again!

I recently contacted The Pool Shack because we were having issues with our pool pump. They responded quickly and came out the very same day to diagnose the problem. After inspecting the pump, they determined that it had failed but could potentially be repaired. After discussing the options with Rob, we decided that replacing the pump entirely was the best long-term solution. As any homeowner knows, when one issue comes up, it's smart to make sure everything else is in good shape as well. During the process, we discovered that the gearbox for our in-ground pop-up cleaning system also needed replacement. On top of that, due to an unrelated water issue, we had to drain the pool and have it acid washed. The Pool Shack handled everything for us. In just four days, they drained the pool, performed the acid wash, refilled it, and rebalanced the water chemistry. The transformation was incredible—the pool looks brand new. The new pump and gearbox are both working perfectly, and the entire system is running better than ever. Throughout the process, Rob and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend The Pool Shack for any pool repairs, maintenance, or renovation work. They delivered outstanding service from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Great service and workmanship! Rob did an excellent job of explaining his recommendations and making sure we were 100% confident on our new filter and pump system. Both Rob and his staff have been very responsive and kept us informed of arrival times. I am impressed that he is also willing to provide recommendations to help keep chem levels in check post system replacement.

I had a great experience working with "The Pool Shack". They were on time professional and had all the parts they needed to complete the job on the first call. I originally contacted them to clean my pool cartridges and do a review of my equipment heater, lights, water condition a general overview of everything. They found a few small leaks and were able to fix them with gasket kits. Easy Beasy for them. The cost was within reason. I'd recommend them to anybody and everybody for any of your pool issues/concerns
